Booking & Availability
Reserving your date · availability · what happens next
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall dates which fill up fastest. We only accept 2–3 families per month to ensure every family receives our full attention. If your date is sooner, reach out immediately and we'll let you know if we're available.
A $500 retainer is required to officially hold your date on our calendar. Once received, your date is locked and we begin preparing for your daughter's celebration. The retainer is applied toward your total package balance.
Yes! We primarily serve New York City, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Newark, Elizabeth, and Jersey City. We do travel further for the right celebration — reach out and let us know your location and we'll discuss availability and any travel arrangements.
Life happens — we understand. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. The $500 retainer is non-refundable as it holds your date exclusively, but it can be transferred to a new date. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

We offer three collections: Essential Quince Story ($4,499), Crystal Dream Luxury ($6,499) — our most popular, and the Complete Quince V.I.P. Experience ($9,499) which includes full day coverage from prep to 2am, drone footage, parent album, and 7-day guaranteed delivery. All packages include a $500 retainer to reserve your date.
Yes — we offer flexible monthly payment plans for all packages. After the $500 retainer, the remaining balance can be split into monthly payments leading up to the event. We believe every family deserves a luxury experience without financial stress.
Absolutely — Sweet 16 celebrations are just as important to us as quinceañeras. We bring the same cinematic approach, luxury albums, and full-day coverage to every Sweet 16. Contact us to discuss a custom package tailored to your celebration.
Package prices exclude applicable taxes. The final invoice will include any applicable taxes based on your location and services selected. We are always transparent about pricing — there are no surprise fees.

Photography & Video
How we work · editing · delivery
Standard delivery is within 3 months of your event. Our V.I.P. Package includes a 7-day guaranteed priority delivery for photos. Your highlight video and full film delivery timeline will be discussed during your consultation. We never rush quality — every image is carefully edited.
Depending on your package: 350+ photos (Essential), 500+ photos (Crystal Dream), or unlimited professionally edited photos (V.I.P. Experience). Every photo is individually edited — we never deliver unedited images.
Photos are delivered through a private online gallery with full download access and print release. You'll also receive a keepsake USB drive. The Crystal Dream and V.I.P. packages include our signature crystal luxury albums delivered to your door.
Yes — all cinematic films are shot and delivered in 4K. We use professional cinema-grade equipment to ensure your film looks stunning on any screen — from your phone to a large TV — for years to come.
We've shot in every condition NYC throws at us. If weather is a concern for outdoor shoots, we'll communicate with you beforehand and have backup plans and indoor locations ready. Some of our most beautiful shots have been on overcast or moody days — don't worry, we adapt.

Yes — we study your timeline in advance and learn every detail of your celebration before we arrive. Crystal Dream and V.I.P. packages include dedicated timeline planning support to make sure the day flows perfectly and we never miss a moment.
Depending on your package: 1 photographer + 1 videographer (Essential), 1 photographer + 2 videographers (Crystal Dream), or 2 photographers + 2 videographers (V.I.P.). More coverage means more angles, more moments captured, and nothing missed.
Drone footage is included in the V.I.P. Experience package, subject to venue and weather conditions. NYC has specific FAA restrictions on drone use in certain areas, which we navigate professionally. We'll confirm drone availability for your specific venue during consultation.
