Photos are an essential part of the wedding day, and albums are cherished and passed down through generations, however video has a magical ability to take you right back to the moments, in real time. Steps to Booking Your Wedding With Us
Step 1 - Book an Appointment
During your consultation we will go over all of our packages and help pick one that best fits your needs. We will show you albums, prints.
Step 2 - Choose Your Package
Our goal is to find the best option that works for you, you can always add more options later
Step 3 - Book Your Date
Once you sign your contract and pay your retainer, then we secure the date for you and begin planning your engagement session
What do you offer?
We live in a digital world, but some things are still meant to be printed. Your wedding album is one of them. It is the final product we will provide to you, and will have a special role to play in your family for generations to come. We offer 2 types of albums, one for the Engagement session named "Signature album", and another one for your actual wedding named "Crystal album"
Crystal Wedding Albums - Our exclusive Crystal Album! The front cover is precision cut on anti-scratch glass. The back of the album is genuine leather, it has thick lay-flat pages.It is a premium, professional album for weddings 30 pages included!
Signature Albums : Get a personalized signature album with photos from your engagement session. We place the The signature album in the front of the reception and it becomes a keep sake which you can flip through and remember your day and the well-wishes of the people who were with you.
Customized Album boxes - Custom made box for your album, to keep it safe for generations.
Crystal wall Art - Shiny and durable, and easy to clean with the simple swipe of a microfiber cloth.
Metal Prints - Each Metal Print is created on high-gloss aluminum that features rounded edges for safety.
Canvas gallery wraps - We print using archival inks onto an artist-grade canvas that is mounted to a solid, supportive face that creates a stunning image color and clarity. The canvas is finished with a black mat board backing that comes with hanging hardware already attached so that it's ready to hang right out of the box.
Banners - We place the 2.5 ft x 6 ft banner in the front of your reception to Wow your guests at your event.
HD Drone cinematic videos - We offer some Epic Cinematic Drone shots
Video Highlights - 2-3 minute video Resume of your whole event.
Blu-ray DVDs - We offer the video in different formats either Blu-ray, DVDs, USB, and YouTube format are available.
Professional Quality Audio - We care a lot about the audio from the speeches, we will put you a lavalier microphone to record your voice during those special moments and in result have good quality audio in the video.
2nd shooters / Multi camera - 2 Video Cameras are employed on the event and simultaneously record the most important parts of your event, ( Usually in church and the first dance ) making your video more dynamic and cinematic.
Engagement session - Your wedding photos are only a part of your story. We want to make sure that we are telling your full story from start to finish. Therefore, we include an engagement session with all of our sessions in order to help you get to know us. We have a variety of locations that we know will photograph well at all times of the year. What is included in your 2020 collections?
Our collections are all-inclusive (you get everything you need) All Vimagez collections include 1 photographer, 1 Videographer & 1 assistant, and enough coverage time to last all day with typical events.
Why don't you have a pricing and package list here on your website?
Every wedding is different, and for us to give you an accurate quote, we need to meet with you to go over everything that you want.The main difference between our packages comes down to the type of coverage and books that are included, and in order to makes sure that we are helping you pick the best options, we have found that setting up a quick meeting is the best way to do that or we can meet via Zoom or Skype.
During your consultation we will show you albums, prints, as well as multiple different weddings that best resemble yours. We will go over retouching and engagement session locations.
How long does it take to see our images?
Your photos will be finished 3 weeks after your event, if an album is included in your Photography and Video collection it may take 1-3 months. Rush service is available if a faster turn around is needed.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you decide that you are interested in having us shoot your day. We can book up to 1 year in advance, it's best to secure your date early, we have a very low deposit retainer to make it easy to book.
